Oreo raspberry cheesecake

So after I made a coconut cheesecake for my boyfriend David's birthday, my friend Erik wanted me to make him one. He requested an oreo raspberry cheesecake, and I was very excited to try it out.

It had:

a 24-oreo crust

3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
(with fluffy egg whites)

6-8 cookies coarsely chopped in the batter

a layer of raspberry sauce between two layers of oreo cheesecake

leftover raspberry sauce slathered on top and 2-3 cookies crumbled on top of that

I used the Philadelphia Cream Cheese recipe and added the raspberry sauce.

It turned out really well. Erik was really happy with it!
